Common Configuration Schemes

With high automaticity and advanced processing techniques, it satisfies diversified requirements of craftsmanship.

Besides, this product is provided with different configuration types to better suit the factory conditions and customers’ requirements. The four basic types are as follows for your reference.

Linear Type
Based on the existing model, the linear type biscuit production line can be designed according to specific factory conditions. Relatively speaking, it has higher requirements for the factory length. If the effective width of dough sheet is 620mm, the factory width must be 110 to 120 meters at least and the factory length must be 6 to 8 meters at lowest.

For the processes from dough sheet rolling to baking, the front portion lengths of different models of production lines are fixed, while the back portion lengths vary a lot for the cooling conveyor in the back portion should be long enough to provide sufficient time for biscuit cooling. The oven-fresh biscuits with 160 to 180°C high temperature should be cooled till they reach the normal temperature, and the naturally cooled biscuits won’t readily crack or get crushed.

Climbing Type
The climbing type biscuit production line is specially designed for the factory whose length is not sufficient and height is more than 4.2 to 4.5 meters. It can make the most of the factory space.

Z Type
The Z type biscuit production line is designed considering that the factory length is not sufficient for a linear type production line but the factory height is enough for utilization. It can satisfy the requirement of customers in extending the biscuit cooling time for its cooling conveyor system is comprised of climbing, Z type and flat cooling conveyors.

Turn Type
The turn type biscuit production line is usable if the factory height is unavailable for a climbing type production line and the factory length is less than 120 meters as well as the factory width is more than 8 meters at least. To provide sufficient biscuit cooling time, we adopt the 180-degree bending unit so that the conveying direction enables a 180-degree turning to create more time for biscuit cooling. The design details are subject to the actual factory area and height as well as the specific requirements of customers.
